Ticketed workers hold a high risk work licence or accreditation for a specific task — such as forklift, telehandler, crane, dogging or hoist operation — or specialist tickets and training such as boom lift (EWP) operation or confined space entry. Labour Pro Group supplies ticketed workers across Sydney and Perth and checks every licence before a worker is placed on your site.
Some tasks cannot legally be done without the right licence. Our ticketed workers are certified professionals, trained to operate specific equipment and manage critical tasks safely and efficiently.
Each ticketed worker undergoes safety training and holds the certification the task requires, so your site stays compliant with industry standards and WHS obligations.

What Is A High Risk Work Licence?
A high risk work licence (HRWL) is a nationally recognised licence required to perform certain tasks, including operating forklifts, telehandlers, cranes and hoists, dogging, rigging and boom-type elevating work platforms (EWPs). In NSW it is issued by SafeWork NSW and in Western Australia by WorkSafe WA. Workers must carry it while performing the work.
When you book, tell us the licence class you need — for example the crane type and capacity, whether a telehandler, boom lift or order picker is involved — and we match accordingly. Our guide to White Cards And Construction Tickets explains the most common tickets on NSW and WA sites.
Before A Ticketed Worker Is Placed
- Licence sighted and class confirmed
- White Card for construction sites
- Relevant experience on similar equipment
- Full PPE
- Clear briefing on your task and site
- Replacement on call if needed
How Do You Check Licences?
We sight each worker's licence and relevant training records before placement and confirm the licence class matches the task. Workers carry their licence on site so your supervisor can verify it at sign-in.
If a task changes mid-job and needs a different ticket, call us first. It is faster to swap in the right licence holder than to stop work.
Ticketed Workers — FAQs
Can I Hire A Dogman And Crane Operator Together?
Yes. We can supply a crane operator and dogman or rigger as a team for your lift, subject to the crane class and site requirements you give us when booking.
Do Forklift Drivers Need A Licence In NSW And WA?
Yes. Operating a forklift in NSW requires a high risk work licence (LF class, or LO for order pickers) issued by SafeWork NSW; in Western Australia the same nationally recognised licence is issued by WorkSafe WA. Every forklift driver we place holds the relevant licence.
Do You Supply Telehandler, EWP And Boom Lift Operators?
Yes. We supply licensed telehandler operators, EWP operators and boom lift operators (boom-type EWP over 11 m) for construction sites and industrial yards. Tell us the machine and lift height when booking and we match the right ticket holder.
Do You Supply Confined Space Workers?
Yes. We supply workers with confined space entry training for entry and standby roles. Your site remains responsible for the permit system, atmospheric testing and rescue plan.
Do You Supply Ticketed Workers In Perth?
Yes. We supply licensed workers across the Perth metro area — forklift, telehandler, EWP and boom lift operators, Dogman, hoist, working at heights and confined space — with licences issued or recognised under Western Australian requirements.
